frequently asked questions
What is a parenting plan?
A parenting plan is a comprehensive document that includes the agreements reached in mediation about how parents agree to raise their children. It often includes components such as parenting time, decision making responsibilities, and communication.
Can we do mediation virtually?
Yes, virtual mediation is available for all mediation services. Protocols are put in place ensuring safety and convenience for everyone.
What’s the difference between joint and shuttle mediation?
Joint mediation involves both parents meeting together with a mediator for a family conflict, whereas shuttle mediation is used when direct conversation is difficult, and the mediator communicates with each person separately for clarity and resolution.
